 South West 24 When does it operate? This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. How does it work? South West 24 is staffed by trained mental health professionals. The service is fully confidential. A language interpreter service can be arranged. If calling from a mobile, leave your number and we will return your call. Who should use this service? South West 24 helps people deal with depression, suicide, anxiety, drug use, alcohol abuse and other mental health concerns. Existing clients and carers We offer information, advice, assessment or referral to services and carer support. Members of the community This is a single point of contact for advice, assessment or referral and information about services. Health professionals and community welfare service providers Health professionals, community and other service providers can access 24 hour telephone support, information and advice and can leave standing orders.
