 Martin Chapman M.B.B.S. (UWA), FRANZCP, Chief Executive Officer of The Marian Centre; Dr Chapman is a Consultant Psychiatrist working in private practice. Dr Chapman has experience in the areas of Consultation-liaison psychiatry and hospital administration. He has worked in most of the public and private psychiatric units in Perth. His main areas of interest are the psychiatric aspects of medical illness, psychopharmacology and development of hospital programs. Information technology and its application to medicine are one of his chief interests. Dr Chapman continues has been a Senior lecturer in the Department Psychiatry at the University of Western Australia. Dr Chapman is a lecturer and examiner for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of psychiatrists. He has served on the major college committee for Western Australia and was the Chairperson of the Quality Improvement Committee.
